Many political donors to Bill Clinton’s campaigns who sparked “outrage and investigations,” because they got to stay overnight at the White House in the 1990s are now shelling out for Hillary Clinton’s campaign efforts, the Center for Public integrity reported Oct.26. Of the original 66 still alive, tallied from the Center for Public Integrity’s 1996 “Fat Cat Hotel” report of a list of the donors, 34 “have donated a total of $1.15 million to Hillary Clinton’s campaign or the super PACs supporting her since January 2013.”
