Nevada’s Clark County continues to employ consultant Tom Akers to teach best practices to local businesses despite suing him over his own poor business practices which include bounced checks, missed rent payments, and penalties. While Akers owes the county nearly $58,000, the country renewed its relationship with him with a two-year deal for $227,550.
